Standard UK Delivery

Typical overall processing and delivery time is approximately 2 business days.

Express Delivery

Express delivery is available by request. The exact express charge is confirmed for the order before payment.

Damaged Deliveries

If an Order Arrives Damaged

Please report visible damage as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours, with order details, photographs of the packaging and photographs of the product. Validated damaged-delivery claims are refunded.

The 48-hour request helps us investigate quickly and does not remove any statutory rights that may apply.

Outside Standard Mainland Rates

Other UK Destinations

Northern Ireland, islands and destinations outside our standard Mainland UK rate structure may require a delivery quote. We will confirm the delivery charge before payment.
