2. Website orders

Submitting an order through this website is a request to purchase and does not itself constitute final acceptance or payment. We review the order, availability, delivery requirements and preferred payment method before confirming it.

3. Pricing and VAT

Customer-facing fixed prices shown on the website are stated inclusive of VAT unless clearly indicated otherwise. Selected larger or specialist packs may be marked Trade Quote.

4. Minimum order

The website enforces a minimum product subtotal of £100 before checkout can proceed.

5. Payment

Available preferred payment methods are Bank Transfer, Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT. Payment details are supplied privately after order review and confirmation. Customers must not send cryptocurrency until Manchester Refrigerants has provided confirmed wallet and network instructions for that order.

6. Delivery

Standard Mainland UK shipping is weight-based. Typical overall processing and delivery is approximately 2 business days, but delivery times are estimates rather than absolute guarantees. Express delivery may be available by request. Destinations outside the standard Mainland UK structure may require a delivery quote.

7. Collection

Collection is available in the Manchester area by confirmed appointment only. Collection details are provided after the appointment is confirmed.

8. Product suitability and compatibility

Customers are responsible for confirming the refrigerant specified or approved for their equipment or system. Refrigerants must not be substituted solely because another product appears to have similar applications.

9. Regulated and pressurised products

Refrigerants may be subject to safety, transport, environmental and professional-handling requirements. Customers must comply with applicable requirements relevant to their purchase, transport, storage and use.

10. Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation before dispatch. If an order has already been dispatched, return eligibility will depend on product condition, transport requirements, the nature of the order and any applicable statutory rights.

11. Returns

Customers must contact Manchester Refrigerants before attempting to return refrigerant cylinders or other pressurised products. Where a return is accepted, products generally need to remain unused, unopened, sealed, undamaged and in original packaging, subject always to applicable statutory rights.

12. Damaged or incorrect deliveries

Visible damage should be reported as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours, with order information and photographs. Validated damaged-delivery claims are refunded. If Manchester Refrigerants supplied the wrong product or size, we will arrange the appropriate resolution and applicable return costs.

13. Refunds

Approved refunds are normally processed within 5–10 business days. Banks and payment providers may take additional time. Cryptocurrency refund instructions are confirmed directly with the customer rather than automatically sending funds to an originating blockchain address.

14. Statutory rights

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or restrict rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

15. Website information

We aim to keep product, pricing and availability information accurate, but errors may occasionally occur. We may correct errors before final order confirmation.

16. Intellectual property

Website branding, layout, text and original media are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights unless otherwise stated.
